Six fixtures get underway at 3pm, with Championship leaders Norwich City travelling to Barnsley. Brighton are hoping to avoid the same fate as West Brom when they welcome Blackpool to the Amex, with the Seasiders having produced one of the shocks of the third round.
Sheffield United are looking to keep their momentum alive after this competition brought their first win of the season against Bristol Rovers in the previous round. Meanwhile, West Ham are in flying form and won’t want to risk any negative drop when they take on Doncaster. All-Championship ties between Millwall and Bristol City and Nottingham Forest’s trip to Swansea complete the mid-afternoon ties. Follow all the action live below:
Southampton have won just three of their last 17 FA Cup matches against Premier League opponents, beating Blackpool in 2010/11, and Watford and West Brom en route to the semi-final in 2017/18.
Arsenal have been victorious in all four of their previous FA Cup ties against Southampton, going on to win the trophy on the last three occasions they've beaten Saints in 1979, 2003, and 2017.
Southampton have won just one of their last nine meetings with Arsenal in all competitions with three draws and five defeats. It was 3-2 league victory in December 2018.

Today’s game is the first of two encounters in four days between Southampton and Arsenal. Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl is aiming to win both games and rightly so. He said:
"I'd prefer winning both to be honest, if it's possible we'll do it, but I know it's tough,
"Yes, we have the chance to. On our day we can beat any team in the league, we've shown this, especially at home.
"I think this is the goal we have. Yes, tough like always, but not impossible."

Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang loves this competition and has scored in all four of his appearances in the FA Cup, netting six goals in total.
But, Mikel Arteta believes his side can do the job without him today as he’s not included in the squad.

There’s also six changes for Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal team that defeated Newcastle in the third round. Hector Bellerin, Rob Holding and Gabriel all come into the back line with Cedric Soares the only defender to keep his place.
In midfield Granit Xhaka joins Mohamed Elneny, Nicolas Pepe and Willian whilst Gabriel Martinelli and Eddie Nketiah lead the line.

Southampton make six changes to the starting XI that defeated Shrewsbury on Tuesday night. Yan Valery, Jake Vokins, Caleb Watts, Kgaogelo Chauke, Shane Long and Dan N’Lundulu all drop out with first teamers Kyle Walker-Peters, Ryan Bertrand, Stuart Armstrong, Theo Walcott, Danny Ings and Che Adams all returning.
