Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is missing a number of the first-team squad through injury, including Ashley Young, Luke Shaw, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial.

And there's the full time whistle. United will probably be quietly pleased with that result. They weren't very good, and there were few individual performances of note - aside, perhaps, from Williams - but it keeps them well-placed in the group.
AZ, meanwhile, will probably be disappointed not to have won this.
United are now second in Group L, level on points with Partizan Belgrade and two ahead of AZ.
