Sean Dyche's newly-promoted side will be looking to prove the doubters wrong and survive their first season back in the Premier League but may need some shrewd investment to improve the squad.
Here are some of the highlights from Burnley's fixture list to look out for:
First game
Burnley will face Chelsea at the Turf Moor on the 16 August.
Last Game
Burnley will play against Aston Villa at Villa Park on the 24 May.
Games against biggest rivals
West Brom: 27 September (A), 7 February (H).
QPR: 6 December (A), 10 January (H)
Leicester: 4 October (A), 25 April (H)
Over the festive period
Burnley will play over the festive period Liverpool on Boxing Day, Manchester City on 28 December and Newcastle on New Year's Day.
