Tottenham Hotspur begin life after Antonio Conte with a trip to face Everton this evening.
Spurs elected to move on from the Italian manager during the international break a week after Conte labelled the club’s players as lacking in “fight” and “desire” in an explosive press conference that seemed destined to end his time in north London.
Interim boss Cristian Stellini has recent touchline experience, covering for Conte during a health-related absence earlier in the season, but faces a tough test first up against an Everton side strengthened under Sean Dyche.
With eight sides appearing to be in the relegation battle, a point or more against a visiting side in transition seems feasible and could be vital.

Lloris returns from injury to start in goal, Perisic has overcome a calf problem to start, and Kulusevski also comes in. Forster starts on the bench, while Ben Davies and Richarlison are both out after picking up injuries against Southampton.
