Zinedine Zidane’s men, who are looking to win the competition for the fourth time in five seasons, head into the second-leg clash with a 3-0 advantage after their storming victory in Turin last week.
The Spaniards will be without the suspended captain Sergio Ramos for the clash while Paulo Dybalal is unavailable for the visitors.
In the evening’s other quarter-final, Bayern Munich welcome Sevilla to the Allianz Stadium with a 2-1 lead to their name. The Bavarians are aiming to reach a seventh European semi-final in nine years.

Allegri admits Juve's chances aren't good
This is what Bianconeri boss Max Allegri had to say in his pre-match press conference ahead of tonight's match:
"We want to turn this 3-0 scoreline around. It's a difficult result.
"We'll have to play a complete game against a complete team if we want to have a positive result.
"We have little chance [of going through], but in the first leg nobody expected us to concede a goal after two minutes, so why can't we do likewise tomorrow?
"We need to give our all, as a good result would help us for the end of the season as we fight for the league title and the Coppa Italia.
"In football, anything can happen."

Just like in last night's clash at the Etihad, the trailing side get an early goes and it's Mario Mandzukic who gets it, as he heads home at the far post from Sami Khedira's cross.
5' - Juve have absolutely bossed these early stages after scoring that early goal.
Madrid look nervy, which is perhaps surprising giving the huge advantage they came into this match with.
7' - Chance for Juventus!
Douglas Costa skips by Raphael Varane down the right wing before delivering a low cross into the box. Keylor Navas parries the ball straight out to Gonzalo Higuain but the goalkeeper makes up for it with a good save from the Argentine striker.
