From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Four minutes added time in both games. While it doesn't look like it'll make a difference at the King Power, it may just do at the Bernabeu as Real are throwing everything at Bayern to avoid extra time, especially with El Clasico on Sunday.

ALL OVER AT LEICESTER

Leicester are out of the Champions League. Griezmann's penalty in the first leg proved the ultimate difference as Atletico Madrid reach the last four with a 2-1 aggregate win.

And it's full time at the Bernabeu - well the 90 minutes are up... we have 30 more minutes to come!

91 mins: Caught your breath? Good. Because Bayern are back on the attack.

93 mins: Remember Real Madrid have a man's advantage here after Vidal's red card. Can they make the most of it to join city rivals Atletico in the semi-finals? Can't help but feel penalties may be the way forward here...

96 mins: Ronaldo just turned it up a level with a turn and thunderous shot from distance - palmed away by Neuer - before Marcelo, who has probably been the best player on the pitch, fires low and wide across the face of the goal!

98 mins: There's a goal coming here... Marco Asensio prods the ball at the near post at it takes cat-like reflexes from Neuer to keep it out!

102 mins: Bayern really are playing for penalties here. They're taking an age over their corners and Robben actually took the ball to the corner a few minutes ago - even though there is still 20 minute to play.

GOAL! Real Madrid 2 Bayern Munich 2 (RONALDO)

He's done it! Ronaldo, unmarked in the area, chests down Ramos' cross and fires it past Neuer. Replays show he was offside but it was a tough call for the linesman. That was his 99th Champions League goal.

And it's half time in extra time.
