Assuming FC Basel comprehensively beat Benfica, Jose Mourinho’s men need to avoid a 6-0 defeat at the hands of their Russian opponents – a result that seems unlikely by all accounts. Still, United will be keen to end their group stage campaign on a positive note.

Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian is set to lead United’s line once again after Mourinho confirmed on Monday that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not yet ready to start. With Ibrahimovic back on the scene though, the pressure is on for Lukaku to prove his worth – though a run of 12 games with just one goal to his name certainly won’t help his cause. In a match that Mourinho will want to see his side dominate, Lukaku needs to step up to the mark and deliver.
