It's surely set to be an intriguing clash between Liverpool and Roma on Tuesday night.
We've come up with five things that could potentially tip the balance ahead of the second-leg next week.
Jurgen Klopp has arrived for his pre-Roma press conference.
Stay tuned for all of the highlights...
Klopp on Salah's PFA POTY Award: "Fantastic. Really happy for him. We can be really proud of that. It is a fantastic achievement. I think if all of the players vote for you, it is even more special for the players.
"The season is not finished so far with a lot of things to come.
"The players know how difficult it is to score that many goals and be involved in that many goals so it is well-deserved."
Liverpool's clash with Manchester City was marred disturbances pre-match. Klopp has sent a message to the fans to show respect for to the visiting fans and team.
He said: "This is such a fantastic football club and fantastic football family known for fantastic atmospheres all over the world without throwing stuff on the other bus. So please show the respect. We are only opponents on the pitch.
"We can show how wonderful Liverpool is for 20 minutes before the game."
Klopp on Mo Salah clashing with his former Roma teammates: "It feels quite special because you know more about the other team than you usually do. He had a fantastic time there [in Rome].
"Italian defenders are famous for not having friendly games and I am sure that he will feel early that they are not team-mates anymore but he will strike back in a football way."
Klopp was asked if this tie could be seen as an 'underdog' tie. He said: "This semi-final would have usually been Barcelona against Manchester City but it is not. This is football. Both teams deserve it.
"In these two games [against Manchester City], we deserve to win the leg. Maybe our situation is similar. We have big challenges, big competitors but that is not important, we just enjoy our football."
Jurgen Klopp clearly thinks highly of Roma. He suggests that they have an extremely strong squad with experience.
"No. I watch quite a lot of Italian football. It is always very interesting. I was surprised that after the first result that they could have the comeback against Barcelona because it is rare but I was not surprised.
"They have a full squad available, that's good and all of them are good. They have lots of options. It all looks settled, it all looks settled.
"You will see the excitement of both teams in a positive way and that is a good thing."
Klopp on the Anfield atmosphere: "I don't know if the atmosphere can be better than it was again Manchester City but if it can be better let's try.
"It is always much more fun when it is at Anfield. I don't have to say anything, I know it will be perfect."
