Tottenham have lost 2-1 against Inter Milan in their opening Champions League Group B match.

Spurs were unable to respond and suffered a third straight defeat for the first time under Pochettino.

When is it?

The game kicks off at 5.55pm on Tuesday 18 September.

Where can I watch it?

BT Sport 3 will be providing live coverage which gets underway at 5.15pm.

76 minutes

Winks has gone to the right-hand side of Spurs' midfield, with Keita being utilised wide on the right as Inter look to increase their attacking threat.

Eric Dier concedes a free-kick inside the Spurs half, but it is played short quickly, allowing Tottenham to reform their high press and push the ball back to Handanovic. Inter really struggling to make anything happen without a natural playmaker on the pitch.

Antonio Candreva swaps wings with Balde Diao Keita and it nearly brings immediate joy for the Italian. He shifts the ball to his right, working a shooting opportunity but it is over the bar and Michel Vorm simply watches it fly over his half-outstretched hand into the crowd.

Time running out for Inter.

More from Moura! A jinking run into the box creates another chance, and his cutback eventually finds Eric Dier who wildly slices high and wide.

Tottenham look more likely to score...

OR DO THEY?? MAURO ICARDI SPECTACULARLY VOLLEYS IN THE LEVELLER!!

Harry Latham-Coyle18 September 2018 19:39

What a way to equalise! Balde Diao Keita looks to have aimlessly swung the ball to the edge of the box, but Mauro Icardi is lurking on the edge of the 'D'.

The centre-forward slices sweetly across the ball and it flies past Michel Vorm's right-hand into the bottom corner.

The captain comes up with a crucial goal. 1-1.

I thought we may have seen Borja Valero before now, but the classy Spaniard is finally introduced, replacing Radja Nainggolan.

Danny Rose is on for Harry Kane. Mauricio Pochettino suggesting he is happy with a point at the San Siro.

Four added minutes. Valero nearly cuts Serge Aurier to ribbons.

And Inter nearly snatch a winner. First, a header is deflected behind for a corner and from it the ball bounces hither and thither, but not into the net.

Another corner. Two and a half minutes left.

INTER MILAN HAVE STOLEN IT!! MATIAS VECINO HEADS HOME IN STOPPAGE TIME!!

Harry Latham-Coyle18 September 2018 19:45

My word! Inter looked dead and buried before Mauro Icardi's volley, but now have surely sealed victory with little more than a minute left.

The corner is an out swinger to Stefan De Vrij, who is unmarked on the edge of the box. He powerfully heads the ball back across goal to the waiting Matias Vecino on the corner of the six-yard box and the Uruguayan, who scored the goal to secure qualification for the Champions League against Lazio last season, cannot really miss.

2-1, and the Italians look like making a winning return to the Champions League.
