Europa League draw LIVE: Rangers, Barcelona and Dortmund among teams in playoffs
Follow all the latest updates from the Europa League draw featuring Barcelona, Napoli, Dortmund, and Sevilla
Barcelona against Napoli is the stand out tie in the Europa League play-offs, with Rangers taking on Borussia Dortmund.
Barcelona find themselves trying to keep alive their hopes of European football after finishing third in their Champions League group behind Bayern Munich and Benfica. It is the first time since 2003-04, when Barcelona were in the UEFA Cup, that the Catalan club will not be in the knockout stages of the Champions League, a competition they have won five times. Napoli, winners of the competition in 1989, progressed from a Europa League group which included Leicester, who they beat 3-2 in the final group game in Naples.
Sevilla, who have won the competition a record six times, will have added incentive to add to that tally with this season’s final taking place at their Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium. Real Betis also see the final hosted in their home city and will play 2008 winners Zenit St Petersburg. The competition’s most successful club Sevilla were paired with Dinamo Zagreb.

The draw was scheduled for 2pm but we are yet to cross over to Lyon. I have no problem with that - let’s make sure they get it right...

Pep Guardiola has given his take on the Champions League draw error during his pre-match press conference ahead of their clash with Leeds tomorrow night.
He said: “You want an assessment about the draw? It is going to happen again.
“It is fair. It was a mistake. These things can happen, to managers, players and UEFA too. It is fair. It would be a mistake not to repeat, there would be suspicions.”
Champions League draw
Part of me really wants to see the exact same ties drawn second time around. Then the other part of me doesn’t want this whole thing to be one giant waste of time.
There will certainly be a few angry clubs if this draw is significantly different from the first one.

So who could the English teams face? Here are the permutations for each of Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea. Feels like deja vu.
Liverpool could face: PSG, Sporting Lisbon, Benfica, Inter Milan, Villarreal, RB Salzburg.
Manchester City could face: Atletico Madrid, Sporting Lisbon, Benfica, Inter Milan, Villarreal, RB Salzburg.
Manchester United could face: PSG, Atletico Madrid, Sporting Lisbon, Benfica, Inter Milan, RB Salzburg.
Chelsea could face: Ajax, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Lille.

So just a few minutes until the SECOND Champions League draw for the round of 16.
I am not sure I have a third in me, so let’s hope there’s no major errors this time around.
Champions League draw
A reminder of the two pots:
Group winners: Manchester United, Lille, Juventus, Ajax, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Real Madrid.
Runners-up: PSG, Chelsea, Sporting Lisbon, Inter Milan, RB Salzburg, Atletico Madrid, Villarreal, Benfica.
Clubs from the same country cannot face one another in the last 16. You also cannot be drawn against a side from the same group.
Let’s hope UEFA remember all of that this time!

This is what UEFA had to say following the error. Sadly you feel someone is going to lose their job over all of this.
