Bournemouth vs Arsenal LIVE: Premier League result, final score and reaction after Odegaard and Saliba strike
Bournemouth 0-3 Arsenal: The Gunners extended their winning start in the Premier League
Arsenal coasted to victory at Bournemouth as captain Martin Odegaard’s early brace took the visitors to the top of the Premier League.
The Gunners kept up their perfect start to the new campaign, their 3-0 win at the Vitality Stadium sealed with a fine William Saliba strike as the defender opened his account for the club.
Odegaard had put Arsenal clear inside the opening 11 minutes, the first time the Norway international has scored twice in a match since a double for Stromsgodset in October 2014.
At this stage of last season, Mikel Arteta was facing calls to be axed as Arsenal boss as they sat bottom without a point or a goal. The summer signing of Gabriel Jesus has done much to herald such a stark turnaround in fortunes and, while he did not add to his goal tally on the south coast, the Brazil forward was again instrumental.

And it’s all over. A convincing win for Arsenal in the end. Two first-half goals from Odegaard and Saliba’s second-half stunner proved enough. Bournemouth improved in the second half but were outclassed here.
Arsenal go top of the Premier League table with nine points from nine. All very different from last season when they lost their first three games and Mikel Arteta was on the hottest of hot seats...

Bournemouth try to build something and Smith puts in a cross from deep on the right. Moore gets above his marker and heads goalwards but Ramsdale down to save.

85 mins: Smith Rowe on ‘draft excluder’ duty lying behind the wall to block the low one... Tavernier goes for a curler round the outside of the wall with his left foot but it’s into the side netting. Ramsdale was across sharply anyway
Bournemouth 0-3 Arsenal
84 mins: Free-kick in a dangerous position for the hosts as Christie again involved, drawing the foul from Thomas Partey. To the left of the D, about 20-25 yards out...
Bournemouth 0-3 Arsenal
83 mins: You could argue that Bournemouth deserve a goal for the second-half effort they’ve given but I’m sure Arsenal won’t be feeling particularly charitable.
The Cherries are certainly being afforded more of the ball now and Christie skips past his man down the left flank before the ball is spread right. Zemura then darts into the box after hold-up play by Moore but his attempted low cross rolls safely to Ramsdale.
