At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Your support makes all the difference.Amir Khan's dream of finally proving himself one of the finest fighters in the world ended in a controversial defeat when he was stopped in the sixth round after a low blow by the great Terence Crawford at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Fighting to also become a two-weight world champion by adding the WBO welterweight title to his impressive list of honours, Khan had long pursued this opportunity which has likely ended his career at the highest level, leaving him with few remaining lucrative options.
A domestic fight with long-term rival Kell Brook will appeal until either retires, but for the 32-year-old Khan - groomed for greatness since winning an Olympic silver medal in 2004 aged 17 - his successful time as an attraction in the US may have passed.

Round 2: Stevenson 2-0 Diaz
Stevenson starts to land a nice series of quick combinations towards the latter part of the round. Diaz is tentative to let his punches go because he knows the 21-year-old has the superior speed to counter.
Round 3: Stevenson 3-0 Diaz
Brilliant round for Stevenson who shows his class, springing from the southpaw position with left-hands to the head and body. He's almost teeing-off at will, taking effortless half-steps to slip in and out of range and it's dazzling stuff the from the 21-year-old in the gold gloves.
Round 4: Stevenson 4-0 Diaz
Another dominant round from Stevenson, who's being watched by Crawford from the dressing room. Diaz is doing his best to try and catch Stevenson on the ropes with a right hand, but the American's speed and silky footwork is simply too hard to keep up with.
Round 5: Stevenson 5-0 Diaz
More domination from Stevenson, who is making a good fighter look less than average while barely breaking a sweat.
Round 6: Stevenson 6-0 Diaz
A better effort from Diaz in that round, who tries to walk through Stevenson's punches to roughen the fight and land some shots of his own. It brings intermittent success but Stevenson is, even at 21, too wise to it and expertly picks his punches and avoids the wild swings.
Round 7: Stevenson 7-0 Diaz
Stevenson outsmarts his man again, this time in a battle for foot position with the southpaw and orthodox fighter looking to plant their front foot on top of the other's so they can unleash a power punch. Stevenson wins that battle too.
Round 8: Stevenson 8-0 Diaz
A significant drop in output from Diaz in that round as Stevenson finds repeated success, landing to the head and body at will. He's smiling all the way through every round, relishing every second.
Round 9: Stevenson 9-0 Diaz
Diaz struggles to get close to Stevenson again who is potshotting with the jab and following up with punishing combinations.
Round 10: Stevenson 9-1 Diaz
There goes the final bell! Stevenson spends the last three minutes of the fight goading Diaz and taunting him, much to the dismay of the crowd who sporadically jeer. A spiteful whitewash from the 21-year-old whose stock only continues to grow.
