Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz LIVE: Boxing fight result and reaction from Dallas

Tommy Fury has promised to knock out KSI in front of a home crowd after their fight was announced for October 14 at Manchester’s AO Arena.

The pair have been verbally sparring for some time with both camps blaming the other for the negotiations dragging.

The weight and number of rounds for the bout was not announced on Sunday night but Fury, posting about the fight on social media, was in confident mood.

Four more fights to go on the undercard before the main event. Amanda Serrano vs Heather Hardy looks to be the most exciting of those but Shadasia Green vs Olivia Curry in the women’s super-middleweight could be an interesting on.

The two women are heading into the ring next.

What a start to the night. If it continues in this way, we’re all in for a fantastic time. Alan Sanchez and Angel Beltran never let up throughout those eight rounds.

The build-up to Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz could eclipse the main event.

The body language of both fighters gives you an idea on who is the happier. Alan Sanchez is bouncing around, smiling and looks very confident.

Angel Beltran less so.

The scores are in 77-75, 78-74, 79-73, Alan Sanchez wins by unanimous decision!

Round Eight: Beltran comes out with a quick flurry but takes a couple of big shots from Sanchez as he tries to get back into the fight. Another right to the chin lands for Sanchez which he follows up with an uppercut.

He’s trying to finish Beltran off but Beltran counters with a couple of left hooks. The two fighters slug it out for a seconds with neither easing up.

The bell goes and Alan Sanchez leaps onto the ropes, he’s confident this fight is going to be judge his way.

Round Seven: Beltran’s cut has been closed up but his face is starting to swell which will make visibility more difficult. The Southpaw is trying to dictate the fight from the middle of the ring but Sanchez, through his movement, is able to manage the tempo.

Sanchez lands a couple of straight rights to the head then follows up with a counter-right. He moves to the body before Beltran comes in with a left uppercut.

This round definitely went for Sanchez. Beltran needs to end this fight on a high.

Round Six: Beltran has impressively continued to put the pressure on Sanchez who looks more composed and in control. A short left hook catches Beltran on the chin before a combo of body shots and uppercuts.

I may have been premature in calling a knockout. These fighters can both take a hit and neither will be easy to take down.

Beltran’s cut starts to open up again as Sanchez lands a right hand to the side of the face. Sanchez may just be leaning ahead in the fight now.

Two rounds to go.

Round Five: This has been a brilliant fight as we move into the second half. Both boxers are bruised and bloodied and the tempo is slowing down.

Sanchez unloads a big right hook but misses. He comes again and lands a decent hit to the body before a short right nails Beltran. Beltran responds with a good uppercut then takes another shot to the head.

Beltran has been more subdued in this round but he’s finding a few openings to the body. Both men trade shots to the head before a clinch.

Another incredibly close round comes to an end. I’ve no clue how the judges will be scoring this fight. It’s that close.

Round Four: There’s a minor delay to the start of the fourth as Sanchez gets a cut on the back of his head checked out. Beltran then leads out with a couple of right hand hooks as Sanchez looks to evade.

This is a more defensive round from Sanchez who hides behind his guard and weathers a combination from Beltran. Sanchez lands a double jab then a right that Beltran walks onto.

Sanchez is picking his shots in this round, it’s been a more tactical outing for him here. Beltran scuffs an uppercut past Sanchez but his opponent responds with a right hook to the chin and a follow up left.

Round Three: I doubt this fight is going to go down to the points. Someone’s going to get knocked out here with five rounds after this one.

Sanchez starts the third round more defensively and hides behind his jab. Beltran unleashes a left hook and finds his mark but Sanchez responds with a body shot followed by the left hook to the head.

There’s some bruising appearing on Beltran’s right eye which is clearly visible as he comes in for the grapple. A nice right hand from Beltran is deflected by Sanchez but it almost caught him on the chin.

A fine jab from Sanchez pins Beltran on the nose right at the end of the round.
