Barack Obama quoted lyrics from Eminem’s famous track Lose Yourself, as he joined the the rapper onstage in Detroit, Michigan, to rally for Kamala Harris on Tuesday night.

Introducing Obama, the rapper, real name Marshall Mathers, urged people to get out and vote and delivered short remarks. “I think vice president Harris supports a future for this country where he’s freedoms, and many others will be protected and upheld,” he said.

It comes as Harris dodged a question on whether she would pardon Donald Trump, during in interview NBC Nightly News that aired earlier on Tuesday.

NBC’s Hallie Jackson asked: “Would you consider, if you win and he’s convicted, a pardon for former President Trump?” Harris replied: “I’m not going to get into those hypotheticals. I’m focused on the next 14 days.”

It comes as Trump called her “lazy as hell” for what he perceived as her absence from the campaign trail during a surreal roundtable in pursuit of the Latino vote at his golf club in Miami. It is reported that on Friday, the former president will sit down for an interview with podcaster Joe Rogan.
