The pair will watch as Meghan's close friend Serena Williams takes on Simona Halep, in the Romanian tennis player's first final at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.
This will mark the second time the royals have made appearances at this year's tournament, having both attended the sporting event on separate occasions over the past couple of weeks.
The Duchess of Cambridge, royal patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club and the Lawn Tennis Association, ventured to SW19 on the second day of the championships wearing a short-sleeved white dress by British fashion label Suzannah.
Meanwhile, Meghan made a surprise appearance on the fourth day of the tournament, sporting an "A" charm necklace in an apparent nod to her son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor and wearing a pair of jeans, a black Lavender Hill top and a white striped L'Agence blazer.
The duchesses were also present at the women's singles final at Wimbledon together last year, which was the first sporting event Meghan attended following her wedding to the Duke of Sussex in May 2018.
The royals watched as Williams lost to German tennis player Angelique Kerber in straight sets.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore a polka dot dress for the occasion, while the Duchess of Sussex sported high-waisted cream trousers and a pinstriped blue and white shirt.
On Sunday, Meghan will make her first red carpet appearance since giving birth, attending the European premiere for the new Disney reboot of The Lion King with Prince Harry in Leicester Square, London.
Earlier in the day, the Duchess of Cambridge is due to appear in the Royal Box on Centre Court for the men's singles final at Wimbledon on Sunday with her husband, the Duke of Cambridge.
