The former model, who is married to singer John Legend, is currently pregnant with her third child.
Teigen and the “All of Me” singer are already parents to four-year-old Luna and two-year-old Miles.
On Monday, the Lip Sync Battle host shared a video that was taken during a recent scan and showed Teigen and her daughter smiling at the baby’s image on a computer screen.
As Luna helped the doctor move a handheld device across Teigen’s stomach, the model asked her daughter: “What do you see, doctor?” before the toddler laughed.
On Twitter, Teigen shared the video with a light-hearted caption, writing: “Dr Luna! She mainly wants to work on animals but she feels like I’m pretty similar these days.”
However, on Instagram the model used the caption to open up about how she has been experiencing anxiety during early pregnancy.
“On weekends we freak out! Before I’m able to start feeling the kicks, the anxiety gets the best of me and any little bits of spotting or pain freak me ouuuuuut,” Teigen wrote.
“One day I swear I’ll buy one of these machines but by then I’ll be all done with having monsters!"
She continued: “But as my little Luna embarks on her very first sleepover tonight, another little one makes some big growth moves of their own. All is well.”
Teigen and Legend confirmed they were expecting their third child together last month.
The couple made the announcement through Legend’s latest music video for the song “Wild!” by featuring a closing shot of Teigen cradling her growing baby bump.
Teigen later shared a short video on social media of herself holding her bump while wearing black high-waisted leggings and a black cropped jacket.
“This third baby s***. What? Oh my god,” she said in the clip.
