Hamilton was within one second of Verstappen when he was called in for a second pit stop - Mercedes hoping that a switch to fresh tyres would provide the British star with a chance to usurp Verstappen. The strategy move by Formula One's all-conquering team proved inspired.
Hamilton left the pit lane 21 seconds behind Verstappen with 21 laps remaining, the Briton lighting up the time sheets before catching the back of Verstappen's Red Bull. The world champion then made the move for victory stick around the outside of Verstappen on lap 67. Re-live the action below:

Lap 15: Valtteri Bottas's race has not gone as planned. He has, though, just moved up to 17th, ahead of Lance Stroll. It'll be small consolation for the Finn, who started in second.
Lap 16: Bottas overtakes another, surging past Russell into 16th. He'll still be hopeful of securing some points.
Lap 18: What a battle between Kviyat and Albon for 12th place! The two Toro Rossos go head to head, driving side to side and very nearly losing control. But Kviyat comes through and moves ahead of his teammate.
Lap 19: Bottas has made plenty of progress on the hard tyres. He's fighting with Ricciardo for 14th.
Lap 20: Hamilton is cutting the gap on Verstappen, and it's now at just 1.283 seconds. Hamilton will fancy his chances when Verstappen pits.
Lap 22: Hamilton looks set to pit, but Mercedes decide he should stay out! He's 1.176 seconds behind Verstappen now. Neither of the two leaders want to go in and come out behind Vettel in fourth.
Lap 23: "Losing a lot of grip," says Verstappen to his team. He doesn't sound happy. And the gap to Hamilton is gradually shortening.
Lap 25: Hamilton, meanwhile, confirms that his tyres "are actually good". He can stay out, he says. The momentum is with the Mercedes man 25 laps in.
Lap 26: Verstappen pits! And it's a good stop: just 2.6 seconds. He gets out ahead of Leclerc and into third! All eyes are now on Hamilton's tyres.
