Stock of Sony’s upgraded PlayStation 5 Pro is selling out fast – here’s where to find the best deals
On the hunt for the new PS5 Pro? While the first round of pre-orders sold out quickly, more stock of Sony’s newest console – as well as the 30th anniversary PS5 Slim – arrived with retailers yesterday, 10 October. The PlayStation 5 Pro launches 7 November for £699.99.
We’re tracking UK retailers to bring you the latest PS5 Pro restock updates as they happen. Follow our liveblog for all the latest stock drops, and be ready to pick one up while you can, as they’re almost certain to sell out again soon.
Last month’s stock drop also saw Sony release the limited edition PlayStation 30th anniversary collection, which included a vintage, PS1-themed version of the PS5 Slim. A very limited number of the rare consoles were made available, but we’re holding out hope that more units could be on the way.

The initial launch of the PS5 Pro was limited to Sony’s official store, but this week’s drop included retailers like Amazon, Currys, Argos and Very, giving you a better chance of picking up Sony’s latest console. We’re also predicting additional stock to be available at PlayStation Direct.
Below you’ll find a list of UK retailers selling the PS5 Pro, as well as the 30th anniversary editions of the consoles and DualSense controller. We’ll do our best to keep this as accurate as possible as the day goes on, but it’s always worth checking these retailers yourself as stock can appear and sell out very quickly.

Can you get a PS5 Pro in time for Christmas?
Short answer? Yes.
Long answer? Yeeeessss. You’ve got plenty of time between now and Christmas to pick up a PlayStation 5 Pro.
Sony’s new console is widely available to pre-ordertoday for delivery on launch day, which is 7 November. After that, there’s nothing to suggest that the PS5 Pro will be difficult to find in stock in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

Whenever there’s a limited supply of something that’s in high-demand – whether its Taylor Swift tickets or games consoles – scalpers will do their best to snap up all of the available stock, only to sell it back to genuine buyers at dramatically inflated prices.
Setting aside the dubious ethics of this type of reselling, the end result is that honest fans lose out to predatory buyers who want to turn a quick profit. Fans end up paying way more than they need to, or simply can’t afford to access the thing they want.
With just a few thousand of them made, the 30th anniversary collection PS5 was a big target for this kind of business. The £699 console almost immediately appeared on auction sites with asking prices of up to £10,000.
Buying limited edition consoles from professional resellers encourages this kind of trade and makes it harder for genuine buyers to find a console in stock. Of course, everyone is free to buy a PS5 at whatever price they like, but our incredible deal hunting expertise isn’t here to help with that.
Here’s a PS5 Pro controller bundle at EE
The last two PS5 Pro bundles at EE come with either an extra DualSense controller or an extra DualSense Edge controller. These are in addition to the DualSense controller that comes with the PS5 Pro.
Grab the DualSense Edge bundle and you’ll save £20 versus buying both separately, whereas the basic DualSense bundle offers a more modest £5 saving.
Get the PS5 Pro with EA Sports FC 25 for £802.96
Next in EE’s line-up of PS5 Pro bundles is the EA Sports FC 25 bundle for £802.96.

That’s a £12 saving over buying each separately, and one of the better offers for anyone looking to play some FIFA on the couch with friends. And yes, we’ll keep calling it FIFA.
A closer look at PS5 Pro bundles at EE
Gadget retailer and phone network EE is offering the PlayStation 5 Pro as part of four bundle deals. Let’s take a closer look at what they offer and whether they’re good value.
First up, the Pulse 3D headset and DualSense Edge bundle for £999.

- Pulse 3D headset (usually £79.99)
- EA Sports FC 25 (usually £54.99)
That’s a £34.97 saving over buying those bits separately. Note that the PS5 already includes a DualSense controller. The extra controller bundled here is the professional-grade DualSense Edge controller, which features customisable buttons and changeable stick caps and costs almost three times as much as the standard controller.
What’s the cheapest PS5 Pro deal?
PS5 Pro pre-orders relaunched only yesterday, so you won’t find any discounts or deals on the new console just yet – unless you’re counting the pennies. Right now EE has the best price at £4.99 below RRP.

Can you buy the 30th anniversary collection controllers?
Not to go round in circles, but all of the 30th anniversary products have now sold out. These are the accessories we’re on the lookout for today.
The limited edition PlayStation Portal (£209.99, Playstation.com), the grey DualSense Edge controller (£219.99, Playstation.com) and the grey regular DualSense controller (£69.99, Playstation.com).
What’s in the 30th anniversary collection?
The 30th anniversary collection included more than just throwback versions of the PlayStation 5 consoles themselves. The collection also includes themed DualSense controllers, a themed PlayStation Portal accessory and various other assorted collectible bits.
Sony launched two bundles, one for the PS5 Pro and one for the PS5 Slim.
Only 12,300 of the former were made, so we’ve no chance of seeing that on the shelves again, but the PS5 Slim bundle could see another restock later today.
Does the PS5 Pro come with a disc drive?
