The latest episode of Love Island has left fans questioning whether producers are influencing decisions made by contestants on the ITV2 reality series.

Viewers were left confused after Eyal saved Hayley from certain elimination after choosing to recouple with her despite expressing doubts earlier in the episode.

Eyal had earlier hinted he would pick Kendall after being friend zoned by Hayley who has voiced concerns over her coupling with Eyal since the show began earlier this week.

Many viewers are suspicious about Eyal's turnaround with may believing he could have been encouraged to pick Hayley in a bid to eke out the tension regarding the choice of Adam Collard who was linked to the remaining two girls, Kendall and Rosie.

Fans of the show expressed their shock on Twitter as Adam selected Rosie despite initially showing interest in Kendall upon his arrival.

As well as Kendall's exit, last night's episode saw the introduction of even more new contestants as well as a conversation between the girls about Brexit.

Love Island airs every night, bar Saturday, on ITV2 at 9pm
