Love Island 2018 episode 5 recoupling: New contestants revealed, Kendall exits and the girls talk Brexit
All the latest from Mallorca as the contestants search for love and sponsorship deals
Love Island continued tonight, with the fourth series' first recoupling ceremony taking place.
Adam pre-warned Kendall he planned to ditch her, before swiftly bounding off to kiss new partner Rosie by the fire pit. Kendall became the first person to leave the show this year, though three new contestants were teased who will be introduced as a surprise on Sunday night.
Thursday's edition saw the relentlessly spurned Dr. Alex finally get his first date of the series with newcomer Rosie, while Niall and Georgia sat a few feet away from them, getting straight to the meat of any stirring intellectual conversation: how does she feel about chicken dippers?
Clearly, the answer pleased Niall enough, as he launched straight into a kiss, which caused ripples of shock across the villa (that's all it takes).
Cut to Hayley angrily asserting that you "can't trust anyone" and referring to the whole business as a "game", despite having already scolded Eyal for using exactly the same terminology.
A game of 'Truth or Dare' then resulted in the bombshell that Jack would re-couple with Hayley if he had the chance, which ended up with Dani in floods of tears trying to rekindle her relationship with Jack. "It’s not that I don’t like you," she wept. “It’s just I worry because you’re what I know.” Jack was quick to reply: "Sometimes stick to what you know."

The lexicon of Love Island is truly something to marvel at.
That's right, this multi-layered, highly involved TV show basically has it's own language.
The show recently saw a new word added to the Love Island dictionary: muggled.
Fans of Love Island (or just anyone forced to watch it) will be familiar with muggy, and muggled means pretty much the same thing.
The prime example is Niall being well and truly muggled after Kendall went on a date with Adam.
In case you missed it, the whole Harry Potter theme going on this year started with Niall.
He has a tattoo of Hermione's wand and there has been some truly cringe-worthy Hogwarts-style chatting up going on.
Harry Potter and Love Island all in one go. Millennials across the country are exploding with excitement.
In news that may have French traditionalists fainting in their boulangeries, there's a new cheese fondue on the menu.
A Love Island-themed cheese fondue, featuring fried chicken and even fried Babybels instead of traditional bread and meats.
We're about half an hour away from tonight's episode, which will see the first recoupling ceremony of the series.
That is unless the producers have decided to switch it out for a pagan sacrificial ceremony, in the latest shock twist.
