Tonight’s episode (12 July) started with Samira deciding to leave the villa, wanting to chase after former contestant Frankie instead of that £50,000 prize.
“I’ve not had any connection in here with anyone and I had a little taste of that with Frankie and it’s gone abruptly and I think I’d always be thinking ‘What if,’” the former West End actor told the girls through tears. “I woke up this morning and I thought, it’s my time to go… I have to do this for me, I’ve never felt so strong.”
So, what happened after Samira left? Well, everyone got over it pretty quickly as the boys were tasked with dressing as firemen. When you have boys as dull as ditch-water, you might as well parade them around like lumps of wet, soggy, muscular meat.
This all led to Idris, Kieren, and Doctor Alex trying to impress the latest addition to the villa, Alexandra, who now must decide which one of the three boys she wants to couple with. Whoever does not get chosen goes home. And things are not looking good for Kieren.
Who will go home? Who knows. The producers decided to leave us on a particularly annoying cliffhanger, just before Girl Alex made her choice. But, chances are, by the end of the week, England, Samira, Kieren and Doctor Alex will all be getting tucked into bed by their mums.

Oh no... here we are. Samira in tears... telling the girls she's leaving... To chase after Frankie, or at least give the lad a go... She's been broken by this show, poor lass.
England has left the World Cup, and now Samira's left Love Island. It's been a devastating week.
Oh boy, now she's telling everyone, backed by her best mates. It's a big emotional send off... But, did you notice that, frankly, Georgia doesn't actually seem that sad... Could that have anything to do with the rumours that Georgia and Samira haven't been getting on well, at all, recently? Perhaps.
Doctor Alex looks devastated. Laura's in tears again. The originals, they're all crying... and so are some people at home. She's just going home, people! Maybe she's reading this... Hey, Samira! You were great! Go get yo man!
"I'm not saying we're going to get married tomorrow," says Samira. At least she's grounded... And now they're sending her off in style, a big wave off. Nawwwww.
Well, that was 15 minutes dedicated to Samira leaving. All of which you would have already known about because ITV basically released the transcript beforehand. Sadder when actually on Tele though. Anyway, on with the challenge!
The boys are dressed as Firemen, impressing the ladies. "I think they're the sexiest trade," says Dani. This is... what? Also, by the way, that was not a real press up.
"If there wasn't a fire to start with, there was a fire after," says Jack. And now Wes is really trying in on. And the girls are very happy.
