From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Kanye West just debuted a brand new song titled 'Champions (Round and Round)' on Big Boy's radio show.

It has a long list of features: Desiigner, Travis Scott, Big Sean, Quavo, 2 Chainz, Yo Gotti and Gucci Mane.

The track will appear on Cruel Winter, a G.O.O.D Music collaborative compilation that serves as the follow-up to the (to be fair, pretty average) Cruel Summer.

You can listen to it here:

During his appearance on the show, West explained how he recycles old ideas for different projects, the chorus from Champions having been around for a long while .

"What would Kanye West call himself?" Big Boy asked him at one point, to which he replied: "A human being, an innovator, a servant."

Cruel Summer was released in 2012, featuring R Kelly, Jay Z, Big Sean, Dj Khaled, Pusha T, John Legend, Kid Cudi and more.

Earlier today, we got a new music video from Schoolboy Q featuring Yeezy.
