Scott: how a constitution would help, the nuclear risk and other fall-out

Sir: I find Richard Needham MP's article ("The price of openness is jobs and trade", 16 February) to be most arrogant and offensive to the drinkers in the Dog & Fox to whom he refers. I think he will find that many of us do care most deeply about the state of government in the United Kingdom today. However, the next general election will show if I am right.
