Your support helps us to tell the story

My recent work focusing on Latino voters in Arizona has shown me how crucial independent journalism is in giving voice to underrepresented communities.

Your support is what allows us to tell these stories, bringing attention to the issues that are often overlooked. Without your contributions, these voices might not be heard.

Every dollar you give helps us continue to shine a light on these critical issues in the run up to the election and beyond

Sir: An admirable resolution to the Clark affair suggests itself: pistols at dawn on the lawns of Saltwood Castle. The judge could have satisfaction for the dishonour shown to his wife and stepdaughters. Mr Clark would have a 'nice and old fashioned' alternative to a horsewhipping (with the sporting chance of coming out unscathed); the Murdoch empire would have a spectacular circus to film and report on; and, for the rest of us, there would be the simple fancy of being shot of the whole damned lot of them.

Yours faithfully,
