These irrepressible Trotskyites believe that if animals are to have any rights, they have to fight to win them for themselves. The question is, when he sees 50,000 placard-wielding bunnies hopping down Piccadilly on their way to a demonstration in Trafalgar Square, will Paul Foot be for or against them?
