If, when we are contemplating the purchase of any item (whether grown, processed or manufactured) and there is a choice of British or foreign products, we choose a British one, we will help employment in this country. The ownership of the source of the item is secondary; the growing or production of it provides jobs here and the wages flow into this economy.
