INDUSTRIAL tribunals are very much a last resort and are loaded against the complainant ('The workers' court', 14 August). As a trade union branch secretary, I would suggest that a well-organised union workplace branch is the best way of stopping racist and sexist behaviour. It protects possible victims and makes certain that possible victimisers are aware that their behaviour is no longer on.
