Labour leader Ed Miliband is under increasing pressure as reports emerged that some Labour MP’s want him to resign from his position.
Yvette Cooper and Andy Burnham have denied that meetings were held over removing Mr Miliband as leader, while opinion polls suggest that Labour are only marginally ahead of the Conservatives by one or two points.
