Police hunt wanted teens for ripping LGBT+ flag from home during Pride month
The New York Police Department have issued a video asking the public to identify two men who are wanted, after they were caught on camera ripping a Pride flag down from someone’s home in Queens.
Wearing balaclavas, the two teenage-age suspects could be seen forcing the flag out of the ground in the front yard, before laughing and running away with it.
They are wanted for petit larceny, as well as on suspicion of a hate crime.
The world is currently celebrating Pride month, in honour of the LGBT+ community.
