West Brom vs Wolves suspended after fight breaks between rival fans
The FA Cup fourth-round tie between West Brom and Wolves was suspended for over 30 minutes as supporters clashed at The Hawthorns on Sunday.
Footage from ITV’s broadcast of the Black Country derby shows the violent scenes in the arena’s away end as players were led off the field in the 83rd minute, shortly following Matheus Cunha’s 78th-minute goal.
Missiles were thrown at one end of the pitch and a large fight broke out in the corner.
Cunha’s late goal and a first-half strike from Pedro Neto gave the Wolves a 2-0 lead, which they held on to once play resumed to win the clash.
