Van Dijk on recovery and playing in front of fans next season

Virgil van Dijk cannot wait to play again next season for Liverpool. Van Dijk is making good progress in his recovery from the knee injury sustained in October 2020. The Dutch international is on track to join the rest of the Liverpool squad for the start of pre-season training. He said: "I can’t wait to see all of the fans, I can’t wait to see myself out there and hopefully make every fan out there proud again. That’s what I am looking forward to."
