Hourly raids, a decimated school and maternity ward: Independent TV goes inside Ukraine’s shelled city Zhytomyr

A school and dozens of homes in Ukraine’s city of Zhytomyr have been decimated by Russian missiles.

Independent TV’s Bel Trew toured the wreckage and spoke to residents as they prepared for further attacks under almost hourly air raid sirens.

Among the ruins of a school, teacher Valeriy said: ‘Take a look at what real fascism is. It’s a hit on all the kids.”
