Donald Trump glad Twitter is in Elon Musk’s ‘sane hands’

Donald Trump says he is glad that Twitter is in the “sane hands” of Twitter following the Tesla CEO’s $44bn (£38.1bn) takeover of the social media company.

The former president expressed his delight that the platform wasn’t owned by “radical left lunatics and maniacs that truly hate our country.”

Posted on his own social media app, Truth Social, which he has touted as a “phenomena” with “bigger numbers than all other platforms,” including Twitter.
