Former US president Donald Trump has agreed that his face would be on Mount Rushmore if he was a Democrat, in an interview with podcast host Dan Bongino on Wednesday. Bongino, a Trump supporter, suggested that Hollywood loved the ex-Apprentice star before he became a Republican, and that he would be on the famous landmark if Trump was a Democrat. Speaking on the phone, the politician replied: “I know, I know - yeah, I would have.” The comments follow a tweet from Trump in August 2020, when he said that the proposal “sounds like a good idea to me!”
