A British TikToker appeared confused as airport police pulled almost 3kg of cocaine from his suitcase in Peru.

Modou Adams, 25, has been jailed for six years and eight months after authorities caught him trying to smuggle cocaine to London from Jorge Chavez International Airport on 30 September.

The Superior Court of Justice of Callao said officials found drugs sealed in the back of the model’s suitcase during a search.

Adams was sentenced after admitting a drug smuggling charge and was also fined, the court said.

Footage shows the TikTok star appearing baffled as authorities cut the suitcase open to reveal the drugs.
