‘Ecstatic’ Mother of Olivia Pratt-Korbel reacts to guilty murder verdict
Cheryl Korbel, the mother of Olivia Pratt-Korbel, said she was “ecstatic” as she left court after a man was found guilty of fatally shooting the nine-year-old as he chased convicted drug dealer Joseph Nee into her home in Liverpool last August.
Cashman was found guilty on Thursday, 30 March, of murdering the schoolgirl as well as the attempted murder of Nee, wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm to Ms Korbel, and two counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Clutching a teddy, Ms Korbel smiled as she left court following the verdict.
