Keir Starmer says average British family to be poorer than average Polish family by 2030
Keir Starmer slammed what he branded as a "shocking state of affairs" in the UK after "13 years of Tory failure" during PMQs.
"The average family in Britain will be poorer than the average family in Poland by 2030," he said during a damning speech.
The Labour leader said we'll see a "a generation of young people" learning to say Auf Wiedersehen, Pet in Polish if the Tories continue "limping on" in government.
His jibe was a reference to the British comedy-drama television programme about British construction workers who leave the UK for employment overseas.
