Watch live as Joe Biden speaks at House Democratic conference

The US president, Joe Biden, has travelled to Philadelphia to deliver a speech at the House Democratic Caucus Issues Conference.

Mr Biden's appearance at the confrence comes only a matter of hours after speaking from the White House earlier today.

The president has travelled from Washington D.C to Pennsylvania, where he will deliver a keynote speech at the Hilton in Penn’s Landing.

He will then and visit an elementary school nearby.
