‘I'm a paraplegic’: Police drag disabled man from car during traffic stop
Clifford Owensby, a paraplegic man, was forcibly pulled from his car at a traffic stop in Ohio after he was pulled over for his windows being tinted beyond state regulations.

He told WHIO last Monday that: “I feel like they need to train the officers to deal with disabled people in a more efficient manner”.
