Greece train crash: Stationmaster arrested after collision kills at least 36
Police in Greece say the stationmaster in the city of Larissa has been arrested following a train crash that left at least 36 people dead.
A statement identified the suspect only as a 59-year-old man, while another two have been detained for questioning.
Officials said 36 people have been killed and at least 85 more injured after multiple carriages derailed and caught on fire.
The head-on crash between a passenger train and a freight train happened near the town of Tempe just before midnight on Tuesday (28 February).
