Moment police officer lassos ‘nuisance’ alligator near Florida homes
Footage shows the moment a Florida police officer lassoed a “nuisance” alligator near homes in Miami Dade County.
Officer Manuel Orol can be seen trying and failing to detain the wild animal using tow rope a couple of times before he finally nabs it.
He can be heard declaring “I hope somebody got this on video” as he tied the rope to a police car to stop the alligator from running loose in the neighbourhood.
