Cop26: Boris Johnson tells leaders ‘eyes of the world’ are on you
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has warned world leaders that the eyes of everyone remain on them as they left the Cop26 summit – with negotiating teams sticking around to work on the finer points of the climate conference deals.
Johnson has said he is now “cautiously optimistic” about the prospects for a deal at the climate summit in Glasgow, saying more was needed from China and everyone else in the room as the key discussions on how much to limit emission and when continued.
