Moment police officers save three-year-old trapped in submerged car
Police officers rescued a three-year-old boy who was stuck in a submerged car in Florida.
The vehicle had plunged into a canal and the toddler’s father could not rescue his son from the car seat.
Bystanders attempted to rescue the child but were unsuccessful.
Bodycam footage shows Miami-Dade police officers wading through the water to pull the boy out of a car seat.
The youngster was resuscitated with CPR by emergency services.
According to NBC Miami, the toddler was taken to hospital but is now in good health.
