New Yorkers practice yoga on top of 100-storey skyscraper in Manhattan
Sky High Yoga started during the Covid-19 pandemic and it’s still going strong nearly three years later, with tickets sold out weeks in advance.
Each Wednesday morning in the spring and summer, New Yorkers pay $60 each and gather 1,100ft in the air to practice yoga as the sun rises over the Manhattan skyline.
Equinox gyms host Sky High Yoga on the observation deck at 30 Hudson Yards.

“It’s very beautiful. You really feel like on top of the world and you feel all this powerful energy,” yoga enthusiast Aksana Kuzmitskaya said.
