Bride repurposes grandmother’s 1961 wedding dress for rehearsal dinner in sweet tribute
A Texas bride surprised her grandparents by repurposing her grandmother's 1961 wedding dress for her rehearsal dinner.
Taylor Pulfer, 29, didn't have any significant heirlooms to incorporate into her ceremony with her husband Randall, 29.
She remembered that her grandmother Sue's dress had been worn before in the family, so asked a local tailor to redesign the dress.
Taylor says her grandmother didn't initially recognise the garment, but said he granddaughter looked "like a ballerina" - before sobbing when she was informed where it came from.
