Fast-food employees secretly want customers to stop doing a number of “polite” habits, including not correcting a mistake on drive-thru orders and ordering food for the whole office.
Buzz60 have suggested that some habits we might view as “polite” are actually incredibly annoying for those in the fast-food industry.
On the subject of “big orders” - like those for the whole office - it’s suggested that employees would prefer you “order in advance” or physically go into the restaurant to collect your food, rather than using the drive-thru for a massive request.
