'Empowerment coach' reveals one thing that 'predicts' child's success in later life

An “empowerment coach” has revealed the one factor that she believes will “predict” a child’s success as they grow into adults.

Eliza VanCort has taken to TikTok to share that in her 20-year career, she’s found that how parents treat their children will determine how they perform as adults.

The New Yorker explains in this footage that many parents push their children into a certain career path they think is more fruitful, but says in the long run they are “always going to be miserable” because of it.
