Mesmerising northern lights dance in Alaskan night sky

Mesmerising timelapse footage captured the stunning northern lights dancing in the night sky above Alaska.

Local officials shared this amazing video filmed at Glacier Bay on the night of Sunday, 26 February.

The northern lights were visible from parts of the UK that usually aren’t treated to the wonderful sight of nature.

Parts of England as far south as Kent and Cornwall were thrilled by the enthralling display on Sunday and Monday nights.
