Moment lucky tourist accidentally catches a great white shark on fishing excursion

Cameras have captured the breathtaking moment a tourist on a fishing excursion in Florida accidentally ended up catching a great white shark.

Sudden Strike Offshore Adventures had taken the Canadian 20 miles off the coast of Ponce Inlet to catch triggerfish at an artificial reef, when the huge creature wouldn't leave the 31-foot boat.

They initially tried to leave the shark alone, until it took their bait and dragged them for two miles.

The crew let it go after capturing the once-in-a-lifetime experience.
