Elderly people fully vaccinated in Spain party at care home's music festival

With all its residents now being fully vaccinated against Covid-19, this care home in Spain threw a festival-style party to celebrate.

The festival was organised for the elderly and staff at the care home who can be seen dancing together, as well as enjoying performers visit their homes.

The celebration was dubbed ‘Primabuela Sound’, meaning premium grandma sound, a tribute to the nearby Primavera Sound, Barcelona's famous music festival.

Lleida, Catalonia, where the care home is situated, is the second hardest-hit region of the country by the pandemic, seeing more than 14,000 deaths from the virus.
